Order Processing
We do our best to process all orders on the same business day. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing and fulfillment before shipment. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information. Please note that shipping delays may occasionally occur due to carrier or weather conditions outside of our control.
Domestic Shipping — Continental US
We offer the following shipping options for all orders within the continental United States:
- UPS Ground
- UPS 3-Day Select
- UPS 2nd Day Air
- USPS Priority Mail
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. The following carriers and services are available for international orders:
- UPS Worldwide
- USPS International
- Cargo
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your shipment confirmation is sent.
