Welcome to Tea & Cup. By accessing or using teancup.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order or registering for an account.

Account Registration

Tea & Cup is a wholesale platform exclusively for licensed retailers. To register, you must hold a valid Seller's Permit. By creating an account, you confirm that all business information provided is accurate and current. Tea & Cup reserves the right to request proof of licensure — such as a copy of your retail license — and to suspend or deny access to any account that cannot verify eligibility.

How It Works

Shopping with Tea & Cup is simple. Browse our catalog, add styles to your cart, and check out. Once your order is placed, we pack and ship everything together directly to you. For questions about specific items, damaged goods, or any other inquiries, our team is always happy to help.

We work hard to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, Tea & Cup cannot guarantee that all content is error-free at all times. If you spot a mistake, please contact us at info@teancup.com and we'll make it right.

Shipping & Order Processing

  • Shipping charges are applied at checkout based on your selected shipping method. International orders are subject to VAT and applicable customs fees.
  • Please allow up to 3 business days for standard shipping, 2 business days for express, and 1 business day for overnight processing.
  • If an item is out of stock, we will ship your order partially upon request, or hold the full order until all items are available — your choice.
  • If you select "Ship Entire Order Together," your order will not ship until all items are in stock. Orders may be cancelled after 3 business days if remaining stock has not arrived.
  • Pre-ordered items will ship as soon as they are received and ready in our warehouse. Pre-orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Order Cancellations

Tea & Cup reserves the right to cancel any order at any time. In the event of a cancellation initiated by us, we will make every effort to notify you promptly and resolve the situation. Customer-initiated cancellations must be requested in writing on the same day the order is placed.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected — including name, address, and contact details — is used solely for the purposes of processing orders, shipping, billing, and customer communication. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

Intellectual Property

All content on teancup.com — including text, graphics, logos, images, and digital downloads — is the exclusive property of Tea & Cup and is protected under United States copyright law. Unauthorized use or reproduction of any content is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law
